FAM Brands is committed to the fight against cancer and believes in prioritizing preventive care so it is accessible for all employees. As part of this initiative, they have partnered with City of Hope in recent years to bring their Mobile Prevention and Screening Clinic directly to the office.

These on-site events proved life-changing when a longtime employee was diagnosed with breast cancer following a mobile mammogram. Her journey was recently featured in a CBS News segment highlighting the importance of early detection and intervention. Today she is cancer-free because she had been proactive in protecting her health – and it made all the difference.

Following a successful 3-month test run, FAM Brands has announced a partnership with TOOTRiS to provide employees with a convenient online platform for finding, reviewing, connecting with, and enrolling in high-quality but affordable child care programs. It is recommended for all employees with kids under age 12 who are using or needing childcare, with additional options for special needs children, multi-lingual caretakers, and overnight and last-minute requirements, plus a dedicated team of family support specialists.
