Employees Honored with Company Awards

At its annual end-of-year celebration, FAM Brands recognized the hard work and dedication of its employees with an awards ceremony, presented by president and CEO Frank Zarabi and the other members of the executive team.
 
First, employees were saluted for their longtime commitment to FAM, with mementos given to those with tenures of ten, fifteen, and even twenty-five years – the latter of which made even more meaningful with the company’s 25th anniversary. Peer-to-peer recognitions were next, applauding individuals for their positive attitude, great work ethic, and readiness to support their coworkers. Finally, winners of the executive leadership awards were announced, including the highly regarded CEO award, commending the outstanding, impactful contributions they made for the company in 2025.
