FRANK ZARABI
PRESIDENT & CEO

President & CEO Frank Zarabi has led FAMBrands for over 30 years. His lean management style and ability to drive growth has transformed FAMBrands into one of California’s leading design-manufacturers. In the past 15 years alone, Frank has led six successful brand acquisitions and expanded the company’s core ventures into new categories. His commitment to diversified supply chains and award-winning customer service allows him to meet the unique needs of every buyer and exceed the expectations of his valued-business partners. Frank completed a 2-year executive management program at UCLA Anderson School of Business.

NAZY SALAMAT
CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE VP OF DESIGN

Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Design Nazy Salamat is well-regarded for her ability to create stylish sportswear at prices people can afford. Her long history of cultivating deep design relationships with licensors, licensees and private label customers have made her one of FAM’s most memorable faces. Through her inspiring leadership, the company’s design division surpassed initial targets and now produces over 2000 SKUs per year. In 2017, leading women’s media publication Refinery29 named her Lane Bryant and Marika sports bras best-in-class nationwide. Before FAMBrands, Nazy served as the Director of Design and Merchandising at LCA Intimates. She holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Cal State Long Beach.

CARRIE HENLEY
EXECUTIVE VP OF SALES, MARKETING & ECOMMERCE

As the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and E-commerce, Carrie is responsible for driving global growth. During her 25-year career at FAMBrands, Carrie increased revenue to over $600 million in annual retail sales. Her unwavering commitment to client care has helped her achieve long-term partnerships with leading global retailers. She is known for anticipating and meeting the needs of buyers – making her an indispensable part of the team. Carrie holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

RICH CAMPANELLI
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Rich has served as FAMBrand’s Chief Operating Officer for over 15 years. During his tenure, Rich constructed an extensive factory and fabric mill matrix across 8 countries – equipping the organization to fulfill a wide range of apparel classification requirements. His careful oversight ensures the highest levels of regulatory compliance, while supporting critical needs from our valued business partners. Before Fambrands, Rich had a 25-year career at JCPenney, where he led Product Development for the Men’s Division and drove sales and profitability in various VP & DMM positions in Children’s Apparel, as well as Men’s, Women’s, and Kid’s Footwear.
